We take the health, safety, and comfort of our kittens very seriously. This Shipping Policy outlines how we handle the delivery of your new pet.


1. Shipping Availability

We offer safe and reliable nationwide and international kitten delivery.
All shipments are arranged only through licensed and trusted pet transport services that comply with IATA (International Air Transport Association) animal travel standards.


2. Shipping Process

Once your purchase is confirmed and payment is completed, we will:

  • Schedule a veterinary health check before departure.
  • Issue a Health Certificate signed by a licensed vet (within 10 days of travel).
  • Prepare all necessary documents (vaccination record, microchip details, registration papers).
  • Book the flight or ground delivery and provide you with the tracking details.

Shipping is usually completed within 2–10 business days, depending on destination and flight availability.


3. Delivery Options

  • Air Cargo Delivery: Your kitten will fly in a climate-controlled, pet-safe compartment and will arrive at your nearest major airport.
  • Personal Nanny Delivery (Recommended): A professional pet nanny travels with your kitten in-cabin and personally hands it over to you at the airport.
  • Ground Transportation (within certain regions): Available for nearby destinations.

4. Shipping Fees

Shipping costs depend on the delivery method and location:

  • Domestic (within country): $250 – $500
  • International: $600 – $1,200
    The exact amount will be confirmed during checkout or booking.

5. Kitten Safety

All kittens are shipped in comfortable, ventilated travel crates with food, water, and soft bedding.
We never ship kittens younger than 10–12 weeks old, ensuring they are fully weaned, vaccinated, and well-socialized before travel.


6. Delays and Responsibility

While we make every effort to ensure timely delivery, weather conditions, flight delays, or airline policies may occasionally cause changes in the schedule.
We will keep you informed of any updates and work closely with our transport partners to ensure safe and prompt delivery.


7. Customer Pick-Up

If you prefer, you may pick up your kitten directly from our cattery. Please contact us to schedule an appointment.
